• Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, QS9001-2008 regulations as well as ISO14001 and OSHA regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned by this positions immediate supervisor or manager on an as needed basis.

Job Description

Under direction of Internal Audit Manager, the auditor is responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits

 in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects.

Assist Internal Audit Manager to plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an

 audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.

Perform various tests as needed over entity level and transaction level internal controls over financial reporting

based on KYBJ?s instruction.Interpret, document and communicate internal controls issues to management.

Assist Internal Audit Manager to coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is

not only aware of the other’s work but also well briefed on areas of concern.

Assist Internal Audit Manager to make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report

 on the findings and recommendations and monitor managements response and implementation.

Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that

 is provided for management.

Assist management in special projects as needed.

Other duties may be assigned by this positions immediate supervisor or

Requirements
Strong J-SOX/SOX, operational and financial audit background

Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.

CPA or CIA preferred.

Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
