Quality Control Technician $14.50 Hourly Franklin Manufacturer Job Order #8436840
This position plans tracks and analysis internal audit schedules and results. Arranges third party audits of
QMS. Arranges and facilitates Corrective Action activities (Cross Functional Team, Department meeting etc.) as necessary. Coordinates Management Review meetings with all staff. Including completion of content
of review. Maintains Document Control System, including compliance to customer and MCC/MHI specific
requirements. Reviews for compliance; assigns document control number and release of controlled documents. Communicates with internal and external staff to minimize impact on production due to audit events, and or needs. Maintains latest revision standard of outside controlled documents. (ex. AIAG Manuals etc.) Operator training on TS16949 in general or specific as required. Mandatory overtime including Saturday and Sunday as scheduled. Additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
The skills and knowledge required by this position are as follows:
1. 5+ years Working experience/exposure to TS16949 requirements.
2. Problem solving/corrective action methodology understanding and application.
3. Basic understanding of document control methodology.
4. Basic understanding of machining, assembly and support operations.
5. Practical application or training to AIAG standards preferred.
6. Experience with communicating to outside (third party) vendors or customers.
7. Demonstrated organizational skills.
8. Basic understanding of TS16949 theory.
9. Ability to work independent of task management.
10. MS Office-(Excel, Word, Power Points)
11. Lotus Notes
12. ETQ and QSI Database Knowledge preferred.
