Test Engineer     Salary: $60,000   Order Number: 8446749   



•Prepares and executes plans utilizing application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to test, develop and validate HVAC/PTC Systems to customer performance requirements.
•Conducts performance test on automotive HVAC/PTC Systems.
•Verify test objectives and formulate effective test plans in coordination with product engineers and/or possibly outside customers directly.
•Directs technical personnel in fabrication/modification of components, testing and test-control apparatus and equipments.
•Directs and coordinates engineering activities regarding development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, telemeter, record, and reduce test data.
•Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted as well as sequences and phases of test operations.
• Directs and exercises control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
•Confers engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing problems, for example product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, and data interpretation, considering such factors as conditions under which test was conducted and instrumentation, procedures, and phase of test used to obtain and record data.
Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by engineering and management personnel.
• Provide engineering support to insure a successful program launch.
•Use of standard engineering and mathematical concepts and principles in development and testing of HVAC/PTC components and systems for vehicle applications.
• Planning , organization and execution to specific engineering performance requirements.
•Interaction with project engineers as a member of an engineering PDT.
Manage maintenance and update of test equipment.



Qualifications And Skills Required

Bachelors Degree Required

BSME and 3 years HVAC and/or PTC test experience.

Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.

Knowledge of engineering, science, and mathematics fundamentals.

Skill in the use of routine laboratory equipment.

Ability to read schematics and blueprints and/or technical manuals.

Ability to build and test HVAC/PTC Systems and components.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Bilingual English/Japanese language skills is most desirable.

Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.

Has functional knowledge of HVAC/PTC Systems.

Understands customer requirements (quality and timing).

Has overall understanding of vehicle packaging/architecture and integration.

Understands future product and process technology.

Fundamental knowledge of planning, scheduling and controlling.

Problem solving skills.

Express Employment Professionals in Greenwood is excited to announce that we are assisting The Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce in recruiting a Membership Development Manager!  This is a highly visible position that is responsible for the development and overall planning and execution of membership sales and recruitment activities designed to grow Chamber membership and foster good membership relations. 
Ideal candidates will have experience or transferable skills allowing them to:
Proactively work towards meeting or exceeding membership recruitment and income goals
Develop, implement, and execute a new member recruitment plan that includes 2-3 new members a week and sales activities including 50-75 phone and in person contacts a week
Develop, implement, and execute membership retention
Manage the membership dues renewal
Facilitate member problem and complaint resolution
Candidates will be responsible for:
Monitoring all membership records and reports
Management and development of the Chamber Diplomat Committee
Identifying, implementing, and managing value-added member affinity discount programs
Managing and designing collateral for new members
Developing and coordinating special events as assigned
Education, Experience and Skills:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum two years of marketing and/or sales experience
Proven track record of developing and working a plan that includes the steps to meeting sales goal
Strong interpersonal skills during both oral and written communications
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Flexibility for early morning meetings and occasional evening/weekend functions:    - Business After Hours events
    - Trendsetter Luncheons
    - Open houses and ribbon cuttings
    - Special events such as Taste of Southside and
      Greenwood Freedom Festival
Preferred experience:
A working knowledge of Chamber of Commerce or membership organizations
General knowledge of the costing of services, sponsorships and financial analysis 
Intermediate skill level or above in using Microsoft Publisher and/or the Adobe Creative Suite
Intermediate skill level or above in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Membership or customer relationship management database experience
