Job Title: Production Coordinator

Job Description:
• Associate training/testing, maintain records & matrix
• Assist in daily planning/schedule
• Ensure quality and safety
• Meet daily production goals efficiently and create reaction plan when not met
• Verify set-ups and model changeovers
• Fulfill daily documentation requirements
• Collect data and record as required (Visual Management)
• Lead department housekeeping 5S standards program
• Effectively/Efficiently supervise production associates
• Issue work orders (maintenance), purchase orders (supplies) etc...
• Help control costs related to Budget expenses
• Associate relations
• Understand/Follow work instructions
• Practice TS16949 & ISO 14001 requirements & Internal Procedures
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
• Perform audits (Process, Layered Process, etc...)
• Promote Teamwork
• Work with support departments (Maintenance, Quality, Engineering,
Materials) to resolve issues
• Ability to problem solve & prioritize tasks
• Ability to lift around 40 lbs
• Additional tasks assigned by Management
• Mandatory overtime including Saturday and Sunday as scheduled
• Flexible to work off-shift when required
Hiring Requirements: Drug Testing/Screening, Background Checks
Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requires a Drivers License: No
Minimum Salary: 19.23 Hour Maximum Salary: 20.20 Hour
Pay Comments: DOE (Depends on Experience)

We are searching for an individual who has compassion in providing excellent care our residents deserve.
General Job Functions:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of resident care within the Indiana Masonic Home, Inc. requirements and policies. Provide administrative support in the development and evaluation of all nursing personnel. Maintain operational aspects of the community.
Primary Job Functions:Attend all required in-services.
Properly orientate newly assigned nursing staff.
Assist the Staffing Coordinator and nursing management with staffing needs to meet state standards and the Indiana Masonic Home, Inc. requirements.
Administers nursing care to residents as needed to maintain clinical skills, assess particular resident care requirements and perform duties of a charge nurse as needed.
May assume the role of resident advocate to uphold Resident Rights.
Serve as a clinical resource in assisting nursing personnel in assessing residents needs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Counsel nursing staff as issues and/or situation arise in order to maintain continuity with the care of residents.
Requirements:Hold a valid Indiana RN license.
Knowledge of state and federal health regulations and clinical standards of practice.
Knowledge of nursing standards and delivery systems.
Minimum 2 years management experience and staff development in long term care environment required.
Thorough understanding of MDS and care plan process(s).
