About the Job

Acacia Home Health Services provides quality medical and personal care services in the comfort of the patient's home.  Our agency is part of the beautiful Indiana Masonic Home, Inc. Community located in Franklin, Indiana. We are accepting applications/resumes for the following positions:

PRN RN
PRN LPN
PRN Home Health Aide
(Work as Needed Basis)

Successful PRN Home Health Aide candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

•    High school diploma.

·         Hold a valid Indiana State Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant License.

·         Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures pertaining to Home Health Care.

 Successful PRN Home RN and LPN candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a valid Indiana State Nursing License.
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures pertaining to Home Health Care.
