Healthcare Administrator

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

Hold a valid and current Indiana Health Facility Administration License or able to obtain the required license.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration or Health Services Administration is preferred.

Prior experience in an administrative position is preferred – 5-8 years.

Ability to work with co-workers, management staff and IMH Board Members.

Knowledge of Infection Control Procedures, Resident Rights Policies, Indiana State Board of Health Regulations is essential.

Marketing/Sales experience regarding census development and operational experience in long term senior care preferred.
